Charlotte Cutter

Charlotte Cutter

Director, Creative IT Projects and Summer 2007 Intern

Charlotte, a double major in English and Art, is a member of the Colby College Class of 2009. In addition to writing and publishing, her interests include photography (or art in general) and community service. She is an active member of the Colby Student Art Committee, and her photographs have been published in the Colby College Pequod, a student art and literary magazine. In 2006, Charlotte served as a student docent at the Colby College Museum of Art, where she researched, organized, and delivered a presentation on the painting “Lunchtime” (1865) by Eastman Johnson to the nearby community of Waterville, Maine. In terms of community service, she is involved in the Colby-Waterville Alliance, which coordinates events to bridge the gap between her college and its surrounding town. In fall 2007, she worked as a tutor at the Colby Writers’ Center to help students with their writing assignments. Ultimately, Charlotte hopes to find a career that allows her to combine her enthusiasm for art and literature.
