involving real-life work problems so that participants go back to their
jobs with innovative, practical solutions.

Ken
Lizotte CMC is President and Chief Imaginative Officer (CIO) of emerson
consulting group inc., a publishing/media consulting firm based
in Concord Massachusetts. Emersongroup assists consulting firms and companies
who wish to see their business ideas published in book form or by trade
publications but haven’t the expertise, time or inclination to do
it themselves.
An insightful and fun keynote speaker, Ken is author of four books including Balancing Work and Family (AMACOM) and Unstable at the Top: Inside the Neurotic Organization (New American Library). He is President-Elect of the New England chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), a founding member of the National Writers Union, a consultant to Harvard University and has earned the IMC’s coveted “Certified Management Consultant” designation.
